A good fit -
✔ You must have a program / membership, tasks, and habitual actions to systemize. We need something to systemize.
✔ You must have a willingness to follow your own systems. The purpose of a systemized business isn't to check the box and hide it in a closet. It needs to be utilized. A systemized business is different (so much better) than the one you have now. You must be willing to lean into the changes, especially if you want to scale.
Not a good fit -
✔ We want you to focus on what you have; make it better and make it simple, doable and repeatable. If you are trying to systemize while adding 2 new offers and rebranding, and new this, and new that... this is not the time for you.
